Do my clients need an account?
No. Clients open the link and fill out the form directly — no signup, no app, no friction.
What file types are supported?
Images (PNG, JPG, SVG, WebP), PDFs, design files (AI, EPS, PSD, Sketch, Figma), ZIPs, and more.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel any time from the billing portal. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
All projects and submissions are preserved. New project creation is capped at 1 on the Free plan.
